Stick's Freeze
                                                                                        
Stay down on the shot and come to a full stop when the stick's tip hits the cue ball intended contact point. Freeze when this is done.
Don't follow through or draw your stick back after hit.

The whole matter comes to this:
 Set … Hit … Freeze.

Do not diagnose what went wrong. Do not over practice your self. Ask your coach.
