Stick's Grip

It does not matter which part of the stick you grip as long as you get the stick balanced on your hand, but have your fore arm to
form a vertical angle with the stick when it comes the correct time to hit the ball. Having your hand away from this position
will not transfer the right amount of energy to the ball. Moving your right hand up and down or side ways will have the stick's
tip miss the shot point. The same happens if your bridge moves, too.

Have your thumb and index fingers wrapped around the stick but have the other three fingers to open up while swinging the
stick back ward and bring them close to the index finger while forward swinging. This finger movement helps your stick to be
kept as level as possible. Timing becomes very critical. Be an artist& do things artistically.

The main muscle transition occurs just before swinging ends. So, grip the stick softly, swing smoothly and do not tighten your biceps.
Make sure your right hand is not slippery.
