Have your stick a constant distance to move back and forth. warm-up sequence should be only& only 4 times going back
and forth to the shot to give you a better feeling for the line of stick's moving line, relative to the aimed &intended shot line.
There is no cause for pause. The smooth transition is the key. The main muscle transition takes place just right before
swinging ends. Have your brain to send the right orders. Swing your stick back& forth only 4 times, no stop between. This sequence is used to develop your game, promotes rhythm, consistency plus more focus. If anything seems wrong, get up and go back to the first step (sighting that is) .It is much better than missing the shot. Right?
