Keep the flat part on the floor. stand up-right just like you do in front of a mirror. Do not have the distance between your
feet any wider than your shoulder's width(not too close nor too far apart). the left foot can be put ahead but toward the table about a half shoes length but not any further. A player may bend the left knee out ward in order to get the body lower but this is not the only one reason for doing so.
